How to Turn Soda into a Diet Beverage (without the bad taste)

We've all been there: there you are, in your kitchen about to eat, too late to go to the supermarket... You reach out on the fridge in an attempt to calm your feeling of thirst, and all you get is High calorie, high sugar Soda.

Normally, this shouldn´t be a problem, given that you could just drink it and be fine, but in today's self improvement, nutrition conscious society, this can ruin what we have been working so hard for at the gym and with our nutritionists.

Today I come here with a solution to this problem. It had bothered me for many years that people didn´t understand me when I turned down a nice cold Coca Cola at a restaurant, or a sugar loaded Fanta. Not only can you still enjoy of the amazing flavor of the soda, as you use this amazing technique I am about to teach you you can actually increase the flavor by 70% (by neutralizing the excess of sugar that Manufacturers use in order to make you consume more).

Ok here it, it´s very simple, yet a very efficient strategy: 1. Fill your glass a third of the way with your desired Soda (works better with Ice Tea, Green Tea and Fanta). 2. Now add purified water to the rest of the drink. 3. This is the final step, and the most crucial... get a spoon and stir it untill there is no difference in colour.
Now you have a sugar free Soda without the lost of taste... and it did´t cost you anything!
